We’re stupendously thrilled to be welcoming highly acclaimed band Stick In The Wheel to perform at our Folk Of The Wood ceilidh this February!
“Inspirationally abrasive” (said The Guardian),”Splendidly pugnacious” (said The Telegraph), “The best thing to happen to English folk music for decades” said FRoots – if that weren’t enough, the band also recently won FRoots magazine’s coveted Critic’s Poll Folk Album Of The Year award!
This is set to be a particularly groovy night of ceilidh dancing with Ceilidh Tree featuring foot stomping fiddles and caller Louise Wells to show you the moves plus live music from one of the UK folk scene’s hottest bands! Licensed bar with scrumpy, wine and local ale to keep you reeling. Plus food by Beamish & McGlue.
