Sally Ward trained as a sculptor, but enjoys working with different media and materials. She is inspired by architecture and people, and uses the structure and texture of materials as the starting point for her work.
Sally has exhibited widely, with solo exhibitions at Limelight Gallery; Black Heath Halls and Dulwich Park in London. She has also exhibited in numerous group exhibitions, including those at; Tate Liverpool; Bankside Gallery, London; 28 Cork Street, London and Osterley House, Osterley Park. Sally also works as a part time learning assistant – at Tate Modern and Tate Britain – a freelance arts educator and WEA tutor at public institutions including; The British Museum and The Museum of London.
