Tuesday evenings 6.30 until 8.00 Hatha Yoga. We practice aligning posture, regulating breath, sharpening the mind and self-realisation. Exercises that can help heal fatigue, stress, physical aches and pains and mental and emotional issues with ways to cleanse, relax, restore, revitalise and energise. Find and know your strength and flexibility, balance and focus, joy and wellbeing. (All abilities welcome at this open, drop in class. £10 per session or £8 concessions)
Wednesday mornings 10.30am until 11.30am Hatha Yoga (very gentle exercises designed for beginners and returners). Just £8 per session.

Often referred to as ‘Chinese Yoga’, this gentle yet exceptionally effective exercise relieves stress, tones the body and balances the mind. £10 per session

These courses are already enormously popular and are run by Chrissy Thirlaway.
The classes are for all levels of ability. We have experienced and established artists as well as keen amateurs with no experience at all.

Creative Movement Classes
Wednesdays 7.45 - 9.15pm
These classes are lead by Victoria Thompson who is an experienced dancer and dance movement therapist. Her approach combines improvisation, developmental movement, contact and somatic practices to awaken the senses, generate energy and cultivate a state of inner listening so that moving is personal, creative and embodied. Classes are open to any one with a desire to explore their movement potential. Drop in as you wish, or attend on a more regular basis as classes change and develop from week to week.
Various evenings and weekends
These courses are led by Andy Symanowski, experienced writer, animator and director whose credits include 'Wallace & Gromit', 'Chicken Run', 'Shaun the Sheep' and other TV series and commercials.
