Sunrise sessions with Felix 6.30am until 7.30am Mondays to Fridays
Tuesday evenings 7.00 until 8.30 with Felix Yogasana Vinyasa, a dynamic flowing sequence for advanced practitioners We practice aligning posture, regulating breath, sharpening the mind and self-realisation. Exercises that can help heal fatigue, stress, physical aches and pains and mental and emotional issues with ways to cleanse, relax, restore, revitalise and energise. Find and know your strength and flexibility, balance and focus, joy and wellbeing. (First class FREE £10 per drop in session or 6 for £50 or £60 for a whole month)
Wednesday mornings 10.30am until 11.30am with Felix Ying Yang Yoga (very gentle exercises designed for beginners and returners). Just £8 per session.
