3 day Qigong workshop with Chinese teacher:
Friday 12th to Sunday 14th May
Teacher Zhu is visiting London for a week and will be holding a 3 day
workshop at The Portico Gallery.
He learned with Dr. Pang Ming, who ran the biggest medicine-less hospital in China.
Teacher Zhu now runs his own Qigong centre in China and specialises in spine health and also traditional Chinese medicine.
Zhineng Qigong was developed in the 1980’s by Dr. Pang Ming in China.
It combines the wisdom of various qigong styles and traditional Chinese medicine with the findings of modern medicine and physics.
The result is a system of practical exercises which is practised by thousands of people and is very effective for maintaining and improving health, as well as helping with emotional problems.
Qigong can increase your energy flow, improve well being and balance body and mind. Gentle exercises combine movement and mindfulness, easy to learn and suitable for all ages and abilities.
