Amy


“Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully”
Amy completed her 200 hrs training at Ayurveda Pura.
She trained in Thai massage and has been working in body work for over 9 years, Amy loves to integrate massage and healing touch.
Her classes will contain creative sequences, playfullness and hands on adjustments.
Amy hopes her students leave her class feeling refreshed,  strengthened, clear-minded and sweaty!!

Claire

Claire was introduced to yoga in 2005 when she tried  pregnancy yoga, which was a beautiful introduction to the practice. After  having her son, Claire tried many different styles of yoga over the years, soon realizing what a difference it made in her life, she became drawn to go on teacher training to learn more, mainly practising the Astanga system these days.

Claire is a yoga alliance accredited teacher, qualifying in 2017 at the Shala School of Yoga.

Claire has a a strong, mature and feminine energy, which keeps the class flowing with spirituality at its core.  Her sensitive guidance and encouraging instruction makes Claire s yoga classes perfect for the beginner and advance student.Yoga has inspired Claire to live each moment more mindfully.

 

 

Damian

 

Damian began practicing Yoga in 2014 when he traveled to Thailand and from that point he found new path in his life . Damian began to practice Hatha yoga and various breathing technics which they allowed him to experience the benefits that yoga had to offer  good physical and mental state. Damian took his studies to next level in 2015 traveled to Mother India and completed his 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training with Vijay Amar at Universal Yoga. With this new path Damian began to change his approach to his own training and his clients turning his training and teachings for longevity, endurance, mobility and deep stretch so the pose could be explored deeper and connecting breathing with the movement. Damian aims to spread his passion for yoga through his teaching,bringing his knowledge, experiance onto the mat.

After dislocating my shoulder and taking surgery. I reached out to Felix Price for a one on one and had a life changing experience with him. I then started to practice daily under his guidance at the Portico for Sunrise yoga 6:30am. I quickly watched as my life changed and my mind body and spirit evolved. I give huge thanks to Felix and John Price and also to Diahann for their support.
My intention is to share the love and help everyone who wishes to become the best version of themselves do so. Also to reconnect people with the spirit of the Earth and help them realise what a beautiful abundant living space Goddess we live apon. Guide people back to the soil where the more you give the more you receive.

Zhineng Qigong was created by Dr. Pang Ming, an M.D., a Doctor of Chinese medicine, in 1979 he developed Zhineng Qigong as a result of his search for more powerful ways to help his patients heal.

The methods are simple, safe but highly effective. Much like Dr. Pang Ming, QiTribe would like to bring healing and wellness to the masses and especially the western world.
